B'nai Mitzva of 2003

Elianna Lisan, daughter of Adrienne and Ronald Lisan, will become a bat mitzvah on August 30. Elianna, age 12, will be in 8th grade this fall at Brady Middle School. She lives in Solon with her mom, dad, sister Naomi and dog Sweetpea. She enjoys reading, writing, fencing, and acting. Her major interest, however, is music. She studies violin with Vladimir Deninzon of the Cleveland Orchestra and participates in the Youth String Camerata at CIM. She also loves opera and classical singing and enjoys singing with the Cleveland Orchestra Children's Chorus. She recently had the thrill of singing Carmina Burana with the Orchestra at Blossom, and she can't wait to participate in Britten's War Requiem in September.
