High Holy Days Information
- Nobody has to pay to pray at Beth El - the Heights Synagogue! As our mission statement says: "We welcome all...". Please consider joining us during the Days of Awe in our accessible, air-conditioned sanctuary at 3246 Desota Ave. in Cleveland Heights. Tickets are complimentary but are required so that we can make appropriate seating arrangements. Please call the synagogue office to request yours: 216-320-9667.
- Childcare is available for your convenience. Childcare is complimentary on Erev Yom Kippur, beginning at 7:00 PM until the end of services. On the first day of Rosh Hashanah Yom Kippur day, babysitting begins at 10:00 AM and continues until 2:00 PM at a cost of $9.00 per child per day. Learners' Service
Come to our new and improved learners service two Shabbat mornings a month. Practice praying at a slow pace. Ask questions and get answers. Meet around 10:20am in the library off the balcony and rejoin the main service for the d'var torah.
